Alliance between SiteGround and Codeable
How SiteGround will save money and Customer Service will take a hit!
Per Siteground’s facebook post (see below), as of August 29, 2018, they have partnered with Codaeble (a service that pairs people needing WordPress support with experts in the industry). Overall we think this is bad for the end consumer, but we completely understand why they did it, the company’s “bottom-line”.
Benefits For SiteGround:
There will be lots of benefits to SiteGround by outsourcing the more technical issues that can crop up with any WordPress website.
- Cost savings on training staff (no need for highly trained staff).
- Shorter call or chat sessions (able to take more per, frees bandwidth for other customers)
- Highly trained staff are an investment
