Owner’s concern:

The owner of Laundry Angels in New Jersey contacted Big Ten Web Design because he was lacking clients. I was able to add Google Analytics to their current website to track visitors and also a number of conversions for this “wash and fold” service.  Needless to say, the original website was lacking traffic and visibility online. We recommended a website redesign and the use of WooCommerce for the checkout system. WooCommerce is a web standard that is simple to use and most people online are used to the checkout process.

Services:

We broke down the services page into all of the services that Laundry Angels provides. Granted, the main service is the “Wash and Fold Laundry Service in New Jersey” and that was our main focus as we were redesigning the website.

Verification:

Verification of ownership is what so many website designers simply miss or don’t even know that it needs to be done. This website was the same. The previous website designer didn’t spend the time to verify anything. Also, the pin on Google maps was about a mile away from the actual location of the business. We changed that as well.
